HERFORM Pilates Terms & Conditions

Welcome to HERFORM Pilates (“HERFORM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing memberships or class packages, booking classes, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in classes or purchase memberships.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
2. Member Accounts
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Please notify HERFORM immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Booking Classes
HERFORM uses Mariana Tek to manage class reservations.
Class availability is not guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed.
HERFORM reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructor assignments, or class formats at any time.
4. Memberships
Memberships renew automatically according to the membership selected at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Membership pricing, benefits, and availability may change at any time. Changes will not affect your current billing period but may apply upon renewal where permitted by law.
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
5. Class Packages
Class packages:
- Are non-transferable
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be shared unless specifically stated
- Expire according to the package purchased
- Are non-refundable unless required by law
Unused classes expire on the stated expiration date.
6. Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
By providing a payment method, you authorize HERFORM and its payment processors to charge all applicable membership fees, class purchases, taxes, late fees, and other authorized charges.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.
7. Cancellations & No-Shows
Members are expected to cancel reservations within the cancellation window established by HERFORM.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
- Loss of a class credit
- Applicable late cancellation fees
- No-show fees
- Temporary booking restrictions
Cancellation policies may vary by membership or promotional offer.
8. Studio Policies
For the comfort and safety of all members:
- Arrive before class begins.
- Late entry may not be permitted once class has started.
- Grip socks are required during all reformer classes.
- Follow instructor directions at all times.
- Respect fellow members, staff, equipment, and studio property.
HERFORM reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or violates studio policies.
9. Health & Safety
By participating in classes, you represent that:
- You are physically able to participate.
- You have consulted a physician if necessary.
- You will notify instructors of any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or physical limitations before class.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
10. Assumption of Risk
Pilates and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, equipment-related injuries, and other physical injuries.
By participating in HERFORM services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
11. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HERFORM Pilates, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, property damage, loss, or other damages arising from participation in classes or use of studio facilities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Personal Property
HERFORM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to the studio.
13. Photography & Media
From time to time, HERFORM may capture photographs or videos during classes or events for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify a staff member before class or the event begins.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, text, and other materials are the property of HERFORM Pilates unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
15. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Interfere with website functionality.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Violate applicable laws while using our website.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may integrate with third-party providers, including Mariana Tek and payment processors.
HERFORM is not responsible for the policies, availability, or performance of third-party services.
17. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

HERFORM may modify, suspend, or discontinue classes, memberships, pricing, schedules, instructors, events, promotions, or services at any time without prior notice.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Changes to These Terms
HERFORM reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version will become effective upon posting to our website with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
